So every Monday evening you can come here to find out what we are having for the week and how it actually looks once all prepped! For this week, February 6-10, here’s what we are having!
Breakfast: Green Smoothie (which turned brown when mixed with the berries) + Oatmeal
Snack 1: Whole Milk Yogurt + Banana
Lunch: Honey Mustard Chicken and Carrots + Texmati Rice
Snack 2: Almonds + String Cheese
Here are the calories and macros for my portion sizes are:
Macros: Protein: 78, Carbs: 126, Fat: 27
