I figured the easiest way to get you guys the information on what we are eating as part of our weekly meal prep is to share on a blog post! So every Monday evening you can come here to find out what we are having for the week and how it actually looks once all prepped! For this week, January 23-27, here’s what we are having!
Breakfast: Scrambled egg whites and turkey bacon with a drizzle of sriracha
Snack 1: Premier Protein drink with a banana
Lunch: Sesame Chicken bowls with texmati rice, broccoli, and sugar snap peas
Snack 2: Hard boiled eggs (one whole egg and only white from second) and almonds
